I don't think that's do-able. Stock quotes come in a data stream from the exchanges they are trading on. I don't believe there is such a thing for dividend payouts.

And there are more than one way dividends can be credited. You could be enrolled in a DRIP, letting them accumulate as new cash in your account, or be getting a check. That's why I'm thinking you are probably going to be stuck with manually adding them as a separate transaction.

Ahhh but then again, maybe Meatloaf will come through for ya. Who knows?

Hello Apatel1,

I do not believe the dividends are automatic, but you can add them manually.

Please navigate to the Portfolio tool available under the menu:
Tools > Data Tools > Portfolio

If you have an existing portfolio, please click on the name. Otherwise you will need to create a new portfolio.

Once you open a portfolio, please click the dividend button. You can add a dividend for any date / time and amount. When you have successfully added a dividend, it should appear under the dividend tab similar to this picture below:
