Louis, I agree with your conclusion based upon the point of view, as it appeared to me.

However, what I have read there is an anticipation of large investments in stock by institutional investors. This often means and institution that will buy the stock based on potential returns. Although stock can be privately sold, it also often is the case that these type of investors will sell as the market price raises, which I personally believe it will do. It is easier to sell such stock in the open market than it is as private placement. They often will sell in the open market in amounts that they believe will not have significant downward pressure on the stock price. Hence, there is cause to accept the concept that it will be publicly traded stock, else how will the investor sell easily. There is much more I can include in my comment, but I shall not further expound at this time.
