sneak.....There are no big Brokerage firms involved in the CN offerings. Only small [many times one person] vulture [Toxic] type investors involved in the CN business with the company.

What does not make any sense at all is the actions of ERHC management in selling the CNs they sold in 2016. They raised less money at a huge cost to the company and existing shareholders than they spent in September to buy the pathetic oil lease that will only generate at best an 8-10% after expenses annual return on the $500,000 paid for it.

The only any way of this makes any sense is if the insiders are buying online and offshore huge amounts of the shares at the rate of $100 per million. When the market cap of the company is $250,000 to $300,000 thousand, it does not take a lot of money to buy a huge per cent of the outstanding shares.

I challenge anyone to come up with any idea that makes more sense than the above. I do not believe anyone can do it, and yes i do understand the implications of what i am saying, but i think there are ways of doing this without running a big risk of getting convicted of illegal acts.

One big clue is the actions taken by management with security at ERHC offices. They are actively making sure that there is no information leaks of any kind. Why do they do this?

They didn't sell their shares because they know what's coming IMO
