Yes,I agree Btowerman. Some investors are upset with management, but I am not. I do agree that management has made sure that they are rewarded handsomely, but that's not surprising to me. Despite what many people think, their priority is not to make money for investors, it is to make money for themselves and the best way for them to do that is to make the company successful.

Making the company successful is not a guarantee so they have been sure to set themselves up to do well even if the company falls short of it's goals. It doesn't surprise me, it's human nature and that human nature is also what I'm counting on for them to strive to make the company a success.

DP laid out a plan when he took the company public with a reverse merger years ago. You can actually go back on this message board to the earliest posts in which the goals of the company were discussed. If you do that, you will see that DP has absolutely stuck to the original plan which is amazing considering the unknowns at the time concerning legality. It is also amazing what he's been able to accomplish with laws that work against the business.

Given the obstacles that had to be overcome and the risks management took in regards to Federal laws, I don't begrudge them for rewarding themselves handsomely (although the plan to not split preferred shares was B/S and something they better not go back to).

DP said long ago they were going for a homerun. To me, they are still working the count in their favor for the 3 - 1 fastball. The PPS hasn't taken off yet because of the dilution required to expand the company, but soon they'll be reaping the rewards of that expansion and the PPS will fly. Impatient investors are upset, but those who hang in their will be the biggest winners in the end.

Someone asked earlier what a good entry point is to buy this stock. My honest opinion is that any shares bought under $1 are likely to be a very good long term investment and getting shares at current levels could be life changing. After all, if the company goes belly up and the PPS drops to $0, you will lose your entire investment which would be the same dollar value either way and if you believe the company will not go belly up and will become a successful company, then I think you have to agree the PPS would be able to climb over $1 at some point. Because I believe the company will be successful I think any shares bought under $1 are safe, but patience is required.

The above comments are only my opinion. Please do your own research to form your own opinions about TRTC as an investment. Good Luck to all.
