I've read a few times now. No firm conclusion here. Could be as harmless as officially confirming it's happening in 2-3 weeks in April but wanting to officially state it as Q2 to have no signs of misleading based on past filings. Because Q2 is what it actually is. or is possible delay could be longer. Be great to just ask them if they still think 2-3 weeks of April or has that changed?
