scad,bottomline is a couple of things,
just because message boards and radio shows
exist does not mean that the s.e.c does not monitor
them and from time to time people like lebed
get punished for their actions,which means that
even though pump n dumps exist does not mean
you can not be punished if caught..
now,i am not even talking about frontrunning
an email that we know the likes of biguk(nothing personal)
and trutherseeker will post on,i am talking about
a publicly released news release..
this is a whole new ball game once you go the wires
on it and i think it should have teh same criteria
as insider trading does on news..

the key is the word ill gotten gains..
they are not jut putting out a news release..
they are putting out a scare tactic
filed compaint with the s.e.c report
that is perfectly situated before the opening
bell..
the key is like pumpers artifically a price
on a non liquid stock ,are they trying to take
advantage of a panic with pre position shorts..
it does make for an interesting discussion..
