Hmm could it be that maybe just maybe he would like to retire? He is no spring chicken and there certainly is not enough work to employ someone full time. Forget the fact that if someone was needed full time it wouldn't be someone who knows nothing about mining. How about we employ someone who knows how to do what he says he will do?
