Please don't mislead the investors the company has 2 names DAN and Strong both with a past history. It has lost the Goodwill.ECIG IS ELECTRONIC CIGRETTE INSIDE GROUP

Not options. Pieces can be sold off to anyone to pay Strong, at whatever greatly discounted price someone offers to pay. Or, Strong can agree to take all assets and still have a ton of debt outstanding. But, the company is valueless and Strong holds all 1st position debt. Company done, by choice, and design IMO.
