He's saying that the 10k released (annual report) on the 14th said August 2017. "Most recent filing". I honestly am not sure what to go by that why I brought it up in the first place. No need to cuss each other out.

Also can you copy a post where you believe I made something up? All I stated where facts. I then challenged a date, as many others have asked to see evidence, and somehow I am full of it?

I not a millionaire I am not a day trade I don't have "followers". I am a regular real person with a strong sense for financials and something good when I see it. Recheck my posts brother and bring up something I have claimed about this company to be false other then dispute a date?

1.) 78mm revenues, audited financials, growing industry, fortune 100 clients
2.) paid down debt from 26mm to 5.7mm June to December, has openly stated that it will sell another noncore asset to pay down the remain debt.
3.)how many dollars of new contract have they signed from Jan to march 2017? As it looks to be, a lot.
