Yes, I think this is dead...nothing is happening here...if it is, it just pumping. Maybe worth $500 at .0001 for a flip with your Vegas (slot money)...but won't count on it...but that's the gamble on these bottom .0001/2 plays.
The only thing to watch out for is a PR of a name change & direction of company. Since, the current symbol "CATV" does not in any way represent this company. Also, all the info on otcmarkets is completely wrong. See my post #6549.
