I will second this! Far to many questions building at this point to continue running on blind faith. Let's shake the tree.....

With this amount of shares being asked for we will be looking at some kind of bogus ass split down the line. A lot of behind the curtain, where is the BEEF???

We would all love those answers, but you know they won't answer that. The vote will certainly go through as it always has and we will pay the price - unless of course they actually make some real business happen.

Could be a very ugly year if they don't announce something in the next few months.

I agree totally. I've sold my sizable position. If later it appears that QMC is a viable entity, I'll buy back in. There's just no HARD Evidence of such now.
