Read page 25 of 10-K states the following: While our stockholders have approved a reverse split of our common stock on an exchange ratio of up to one-for-four shares on or prior to August 29, 2017 at the discretion of our board of directors, a reverse stock split may adversely affect the market price of our common stock.

I remember someone posting that the date was March 31, 2017, but this states August 29, 2017.
