There is literally no risk here. What do you guys think could have gone wrong? --- They applied for a name change and were told "no, we declare you out of business instead"
It is going slow because they changed their mind --- either way, some day, it will change.
Whether it changes on 1/1/17 or 6/30/17 --- it will make no difference on 12/31/17
