I suspect criminal charges will follow...
Remember that NTEK painted themselves into a corner with their very own fraudulent financials. As enforcement creditor Long Side rightfully points out in their request to suspend trading and freeze financials, it was NTEK themselves that claimed to be making millions in revenue and booking millions in assets and property on their balance sheet.
NTEK has failed to make any of the court-ordered disclosures of their revenue and assets available to the enforcement creditor. They are willfully ignoring court orders.
What does NTEK do now? If they disclose any actual assets as directed by the courts, Long Side has already made it painfully obvious that they intend to immediately seize those assets. If they attempt to hide assets they will be found in contempt and criminally prosecuted. If they now come back and say that all the previously publicly filed documents were fraudulent they are screwed and criminal charges will be filed.
The fact that NTEK's own long-standing attorneys have filed to remove themselves from this disaster tells me those same attorneys want out before they are accused of aiding in NTEK's criminal dealings.
Me thinks said burned shareholders and cats might just get their wish. Anyone still holding shares is making a risky gamble in that at any moment NTEK will be forced to suspend trading. IMO.
