The filing would only cover until Jan 31 so there's no guarantee they would volunteer information of an increased A/S. But if they used "Subsequent Events" to inform shareholders of what's transpired since Jan 31, that would be good. Just don't count on it. McKinney hasn't been the most informative CEO I've ever run across.
