Boojou, again I agree. Maybe the complete for gas, and drill again for oil. Gas must be great enough not to thow it away.

Did you not understand my previous post? I guess you don't understand the concept that "wanting" and "having" aren't synonymous. Be that as it may.

Who wouldn't rather have both gas and oil? But at what cost? Aye, there's the rub.

If you need both gas and oil from this well as badly as you seem to, why don't you offer to pay for MXXR's portion of the cost; I'm sure they'd appreciate your generosity.

Is it possible that the pressure of the gas could have caused the same problem (stuck pipe) again? Therefore, they decided to siphon the gas until the pressure is reduced enough that the chances of getting to the oil would be greatly increased. This is just an opinion. I may be completely wrong but just want to ask.
