Another hint: the energy output can never exceed the energy input. The max thermodynamic efficiency of a system like this is under 1%, The crap Ron is spelling out would take 100% efficiency..... an impossibility he admits when claiming he can achieve "80% Carnot efficiency". What he withholds is that the Carnot efficiency of this "device" can only be about 1.5%. And this process has a max efficiency of about 60% of the Carnot efficiency.
Yes ...this concept will work but at about 100 times the cost per MW claimed.
