There will be 52M post merger, 40M restricted held by EPT and 12M held by by old IMST shareholders.

I believe IMST only had a total of 36 shareholders if I recall correctly and 9 of those hold the vast majority of the shares.

I'm interested in seeing who EPT shareholders are, at least at one time I have read, that philanthropist Elsa Prince Broekhuizen was their largest noteholder, hopefully that is still the case but I'm not sure.

Apparently Robert Haveman, who handled Prince's billion dollar trust, and was a directer of EPT, put a lot of $$$'s into the company(EPT) and brought a number of other millionaires on board as well.

Which would have been great, but unfortunately he was also siphoning funds from the trust into his own personal bank account as well, and eventually got caught.

He could have just waited until EPT went public, then launched an epic, $1M+ hard mailer stock promoting campaign and made millions of $$$'s legally. I don't know what the hell he was thinking, now he's essentially ruined his life for nothing.
