on the day following the news reports, the stock went up 30+%.

people are seeing it for what it is, a hit piece on the company.

I'm not absolving them of it at all, but the timing of it was very peculiar.

think about it...if a company is dead, there's no reason to bring it up, but if a company is about to explode, there's news there...
