2) nothing wrong with a reverse split unless you don't have "toxic debt"
3) being up 100% in otc doesn't mean anything you can lose your profits very fast

What you should of did was sell the 12 million @..08,09..got got your 300k back reinvest the 700k say@ .04 you would have 27 million shares or close to it..and now playing on house money....I'm sure the numbers are a little off..but you get the idea..you would be way better off right now.
