Exactly. Most don't understand. No dilution and accumulation on 4'$ has been going on for weeks now. They are starting to dry up. Either the share count will be low or people will have to start buying the ASK if they want shares. Once we have news (good news) it won't matter how many shares are in the trip range. Accumulation shows that they will be gone.
