Do you really think IMSCQ management is going to honor any statement regarding distribution of funds to shareholders in their CH 11 plan?
Didn't they have to be sued just to have a shareholder's meeting?

There are several POT related companies seeking to merge in N. Calif who are seeking a publicly traded shell Corp.

And NO. I think Shareholders are tired of this IMSCQ mess and just want to get their 'few' cents back.

I would however be willing to roll my money into a pot related healthcare business like, Project CBD if given the opportunity.
