Most start up companies exit strategy is to either to go public (WM already there at $.0017) or sell out to a larger company. I know what I would do.

you just said that a "start up" is to EITHER go public, which FARE has already done, or sell out. they already made their choice and have failed miserably, the other option is no longer a valid option.
