Public float or public drowned?

There are around 1.2M issued and outstanding. That is the public float.

And there are 2.45M authorized.

So before they can issue shares to Emmaus, they have to have the shareholders vote to increase the amount of authorized.

Reverse split is complete,
Now wash, rinse, and repeat!

1000:1 contraction immediately followed by 1:500 dilution. When do I get my Antigen shares?

Once that reverse stock split is garnered then we will move immediately for an annual meeting of shareholders. We will ask for new authorized capital which will reduce the Emmaus holdings and that stock that Emmaus gets out of the transaction is given after the new authorized capital is approved by shareholders. So, if we authorize 500 million shares, as an example only, and the stock is $10 a share, the math would call for Emmaus owning less than 10 per cent of the company. It’s all about what the ratios will be, it’s all about how much authorized capital we get approved from shareholders after the reverse as we move into the annual meeting.
