I think DRYS was much smarter than TEUFF. They maintained their Nasdaq listing and instead of toxic debt like TEUFF, obtained hundreds of millions in financing at a fixed (albeit discounted) stock price.
While TEUFF has no vessels, no source of income and has been relegated to a thinly traded stinky pinkie, DRYS continue to show improvement and has a business.
