I was reading the past quarterly updates. I did see where LIGA settled with TCA Global after reviewing past news. Thankfully Magna had a small part in the debt, they usually lead to a death sentence with any company they are affiliated with.
I wasn't trying to mislead anyone here. Just being cautious. Looks like the new LIGA management team is taking the necessary steps to turn this company around and making it profitable again.
