What is I were to tell y'all that some of the delays that happened with her sister company QED -- will NOT be happening here because of the due diligence work being done RIGHT NOW (actually it was already completed) and it can be verified by the TA and registered agent soon enough?
What if I were to say that the goal here is to expedite this to go CURRENT so quickly that the delay one can PERCEIVE We are having...is actually ...saving all investors from having any delays at OTCmarkets.
I did find some pertinent information and sent it over to Kate and who I beleve to be the executives of $GEGI / cacique mining. I will formulate a DD post and then INPUT the response I get so everyone is made aware of just how close we are here to major validating news.
I know I'm speculating here, and I don't really care who believes in my DD and research. I know one thing is for sure...no one TRULY understands the potential value of the project coming in here over the next few trading sessions. Even I, who found some of the most critical DD, missed the mention of additional operational mines that the expected new CEO and then Guys like Dixon, Naisbitt and others had been working on. These mines have been bringing in revenues and deals such as Tolima Gold and Minatura SAS are somehow indirectly related here.
Lastly- tomorrow I will reveal eho I beleve to be the potential two other executives that are imperative to this operation.
We should be able to verify with the TA tomorrow if certain changes were made to management expected and then We know the NVSOS will just be re- submitted to finish the update IMO.
The reason to do this all now? Making sure no discrepancies occur when OTCmarkets calls the TA - to validate the Info provided. This will allow for an easier and quicker move from stop sign to PINK CURRENT as I'm positive that financials for GEGI had to be completed already for THEM to also be involved in the USAID application for Alluvian mining second stage ....it's only a matter of GEGI management downloading the documents and the attorney letter to go current. Here's another FACT... Cacique Mining is just the Nevada CORP name for an already existing enterprise down in Colombia. In fact - a final proposal based on stage approvals by the USAID and GOC is likely already in the works
The timeframe from finding out changes in management has occurred here...to the time when this goes OTC pink current will be shockingly QUICK. Shareholders have every right to request a statement from Kate on Cacique mining as registered agent ;).
