When the company purchased KRSNA MINERALS in Dec, 2016, what were the terms ? Anyone know ? Where would they have that sort of funds to buy a company with potentially 100 million in revenues and several million $ in profits ?

Was it a 51% buy or 100% buy?

Did they give them a boatload of shares ?

I know all these things should become clearer in the upcoming filings, but can a company announce a major purchase in Dec. 2016 and no mention of the terms till March 16, 2017 ? Sounds strange...
