I doubt that. This company has a market value of $10MM+. That's a ridiculous figure given that Dupont and BP spent that much, or more, on legal fees in trying to grab the technology from GEVO. The net value of the facilities is worth more than the MV, also. This is a David vs Goliath battle. Goliath has this stock pushed to this level, but, David has been able wiggle out of the grip on a few occasions, showing some resiliency. If there is a breakthrough that means some longer term viability, the price will soar.
