They clarified the data time frame yesterday:

Data release late May to early June
$6.5 million in cash on hand
No dilution prior to data release
67.7 million shares currently outstanding

Path forward:

Data release > Request meeting w/FDA > Move forward w/Phase 3 trial (assuming favorable data).

Was noted that they have prepared to quickly move forward with Phase 3 following Phase 2 release. IMO, a strong whiff of confidence in the room.
