Wells Fargo filed suit this past week. See SEC filing dated 3/17/17. Dividend vote still happening on 3/30/17. Dividend date on or after 5/15/17 to allow Wells Fargo et al. suit to be settled.

Buying back the convertibles wouldn't be that bad really? Less dilution for current shareholders, but perhaps a reduced dividend. Seems like a fair trade off to me.
