Perhaps Goldman Sachs and the other banks that bought these delinquent loans plan on suing and reclaiming the real estate.

My concern is that GS might say, "Well, we took the bad shit off your hands, now how about giving us the GOOD business too." Or that it may be a piecemeal approach to giving the GSE business to the TBTF banks.
