I'm pretty sure that Dennis would love to sell a ton of shares but BSSP is being blocked on many fronts: COFEPRIS, FINRA, SEC, Lack of audited financials and a one year waiting period after the filing of the S-1. You are gonna be stuck for a while. Without any income or outside funding, you can call this a failure to launch.
