So, 1 million shares becomes just 10,000 shares after split. If it goes up a penny, then you make: $100 versus $10,000 if not split.. Thats why R/S suck not to mention most go down after R/S due to dilution.( penny stock ceo has a new credit card with many millions new limit and doesnt have to pay for it)
If 100:1 split, .60 still won't be enough to get more traders. Even if the stock goes to $1.. a typical 3 million shares account is worth only $30K after the split.
There is just no real justification to spend $60,000 to buy just 60,000 shares of this stock. Its not going to make that much revenue after paying back the whales (some WILL dump - some are old men ! ) and hiring ALL the staff and fueling plane etc.. unless they start diluting..
