You can't discredit the man's history....... Hanks is an oil businessman not a savy stock price ceo. He's not worried about the pps yet. He's busy getting this deal going. Tons of backed up filings, interviews, meetings with state officials, judges, etc. Guarantee when the filings are completed and he is ready we will get a major pr.........
