VNDM has never been on top the Ask. Did you see him there today? He shows up on many stocks on level 2, but that doesn't mean he's going to dilute, unless he's the hammer. Then maybe.
VNDM's at .10, what the heck are you talking about. CDEL has been diluting some or was, but not lately. We know notes were converted, that's why TXHD came down to these levels to start with. General consensus is all notes should be done.
