No one could be right, I am not say I am right. With that much volume on a share structure like this one, unless it turned to be a stink pinky, over 2 billion shares have traded since the 1st. Maybe today was the last of the shares and reached its threshold. If the OS is maxed out tomorrow, if the float is not locked it will locked at these prices.
