They confirmed that there were TRADES. As in AH T trades. Those are very common and there are also trades between market makers that got shuffled and lost during the day on VERY busy days....like today where over 100 M shares traded.
But actual trades between people like you and I? Never. There are no actual trades.
Do this....go to your online broker and put in a buy for 500 shares of ICLD at .01 and tell me what happens? I will tell you. It will get rerouted to tomorrow morning.
The TDA is just a hourly worker that is going off what he/she sees. Be realistic- you think that person is a professional trader and knows everything about trading stocks. You cant trade this after hours. Seems to me like more manipulation to fool you guys which it is working.
