Form 4s can be delayed months unfortunately, their last form 4 posted recently was from buys last summer.

That being said, I wouldn't be surprised if there has been a ton of inside buying, whether these recent buys are a part of them or not.

Form 4's aren't due until the 10th of the following month they were bought in. So April 10.

As for the CC, that has been going around since I got here 2 weeks ago.
