822,000 share buy after hours

No, it wasn't. OTC stocks do not trade after hours. Instead, it was a T Trade. Someone dumped 822,000 shares during the day using a friendly market maker who aggregated the trades and averaged the price and reported it as a single trade after the close.

Big T trades are a VERY bad sign. It means someone is dumping as much stock as they can, and usually it also means through convertibles. That might help explain why management is reluctant to issue the long delinquent 10-K and 10-Q's.
