Nelson, CUO- holding some sold some. I was disappointed the Hitch Rack project after making past state approval was knocked down (barely) by the county commissioner vote (3-2 I think). There was a small but organized local resistance to the project. I'm sure they have contingency plans but Hitch Rack would have been a well situated asset and they spent considerable time trying to get that worked out. Their other main quarrry in Colorado Springs is old and nearing end of use IMO.
The other biz segments I'm guessing are still doing fairly well.
