Check his posting history, he does simular on a lot of stocks. Confirming an RS may actually be illegal, I will contact the admin and see if it is a toss violation.

Mods really aren't allowed to take down any bashing posts, unless they attack individuals. Blatantly lieing is not illegal, but the company could bring suit, if he harms them and creates panic selling. People need to always do their DD before taking action on a stock. If a pre-14c had been filed, it would show up on Ihub, just like the 8Ks. I double checked and it's not Edgar either.
