So help me learn. Which part, specifically, was "out of context?" Post what you found regarding "dilution."

I'm not going to let you off easily - you are doing your fellow longs a grave diservice with these posts if you do in fact turn out to be wrong - or worse - making up facts. The market is a serious place, with serious money on the line. If what you have found eliminates the toxic loan from the picture - I suggest you post it ASAP so it can be reviewed by all.
