$100 million annual equates to a basic value of $350 million (based on normal business valuation of 3.5x revs) In this case, Minimum of $1+/share based on our now disclosed O/S is absolutely expected. Now add to that a premium that a buyout would place on us, bringing us to $2/sh easy IMO.
