Coach, clearly the RBIZ folks are ticked off about Kerby's dealings with them. You can see the info in the public lawsuit. (don't know how that is getting resolved). I wonder sometimes if the sudden selling or impulse selling of MKGI stock isn't RBIZ using their MKGI stock to get cash? I have no idea, but the bad blood between the two is obvious.
FWIW, I thought RBIZ was off on another adventure with this food distribution product and was growing again? No? Haven't heard from them since the big sales order. Hope things work out. Kerby seems to me to be a loose cannon sometimes too. I think though, the new players (especially Monaco) have him reined in pretty tight on the MKGI deal.
Seems to me that the company is moving with the right crowd now.
