Fact; the tweet from CEO came out at 12:09, while it maintained a rock solid 51 cents per share.

At 14:17 someone lowballs 300 shares@.37 cents (only a 28% drop) price drops low float

At 14:38 250 shares at .51 cents... then at 14:45 500 shares at .40 and the 100 @ .51
Current price .51

No act of desperation, just a CEO informing his shareholders...
