Just saw that. So, do you think the reason they issued those restricted shares is so that when they do their earnings it will reduce the liabilities column by that $25K?
Also, if Wainer received 1 million shares for the $25K of back money he is owed, but isnt that million shares worth $349,300 (multiplied by the current stock price? Hell I'd take that deal ANY day!!!!!!
