I will be curious to hear further explanation from Jan as to his exact intentions for this new realty Company. I am sure it is a very positive and smart business move for PGUS and shareholders.

I think you're right, Davis. Jan answered my question in the CC recently about the company being in Michigan and whether that would continue. He was pretty clear about moving the business to San Diego, and I think he said likely it would be summer of this year.

If they're planning to use ProGreen Realty - keeping internal control on the sales/reservations for Cielo Mar - they sure as heck need to be registered with the board in Michigan if they're going to be doing this anytime soon. Looks to me like activities are ramping up for the sales/reservations. Also - says in the Business Summary that was put out yesterday that the reservations could be any time, now:

The offer for these early reservations will come with the most attractive terms, and will allow early buyers to have preference in the selection of sites. A website for Cielo Mar is planned to be launched before the end of March (2017), where the public will be able to follow the progress of this planned community. The terms of the initial market introduction offer will be published on the site when launched, as well as the date - soon to follow - that reservations will begin.

That's an AMAZING business summary, BTW. Jan just keeps impressing!! PGUS!
