JUST RECEIVED FROM IR from some questions I asked today:

All current outstanding available convertible toxic notes have been converted. That is the reason for recent stock decline and increase in liquidity.
This will be confirmed in 8K and 10Q filings by QSIM, not sure if we could put out a press release on that.
