My take on the extension


SPT can't exit bankruptcy without first submitting a reorganization plan for approval. There is no plan to submit because it was part of a broader scam from inception that collapsed with the demise of PP.
Too bad the judge can't simply call BS and separate the criminals from our money and throw one of them in jail as an example.

I foresee a new stock issue within their Ch 11 plan.
They have shown no regard to current shareholders.
In fact, as all are painfully aware, they have a track record of screwing shareholders royally.
